New and Improved Web Member Services is Your Online Membership Destination
PSRS/PEERS Web Member Services just got an upgrade! Click the Member Log-In link to access your personal membership and benefit information – now with an updated look, updated security and convenient new features.
Using Web Member Services, you can both view and update your:
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
Active members can view:
- Archived Member Statements
- Contributions and interest earned
- Service and salary histories
- Open service purchases
- Beneficiary designations
Active members can also register online for Pre-Retirement Seminars and counseling sessions.
Retired members can view:
- Archived Benefit Statements
- Archived IRS forms 1099-R
- Benefit summary
- Direct deposit information
- Income tax withholding
- Cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) information
- Beneficiary designations
Those receiving survivor benefits can view:

Later this summer, active members will gain the ability to create and save your own Benefit Estimates online.
Looking Ahead – File for Retirement Online
In the fall, even more functionality is on the way, including the ability to update beneficiary designations online. Active members will be able to file paperwork to apply for service retirement. Benefit recipients will be able to calculate and update income tax withholding, update direct deposit information and estimate future COLAs.
New Registration Required
The new site includes enhanced security features designed to ensure the safety of your personally identifiable information. Because of the security changes, your previous login will no longer work, and all members must re-register for access. You will be prompted to do so when you click Member Log-In. Contact our Information Center at (800) 392-6848 if you need assistance.

Benefits by County

As of December 31, 2023, approximately 110,000 individuals received benefits from PSRS/PEERS. Total annual benefits paid was over $3.7 billion. Of this amount, over $3.3 billion, or 88%, was distributed among Missouri's 114 counties, positively impacting the state's economy.
PSRS/PEERS Funding

PSRS/PEERS' funding comes from three sources, member contributions, employer contributions and investment earnings. Investment earnings are the primary source of funding for every dollar of PSRS/PEERS benefits paid.
