Request for Proposal: Staff Benefit Plans: 401(a) Plan, 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, and 501(c)9 Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plan The Public School Retirement System of Missouri (PSRS) and the Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri (PEERS) (“PSRS/PEERS” or simply “PSRS” or the “System”) are soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Firms (herein after “Firm(s)” or “Respondent(s)”) to provide 401(a), 457(b), and health reimbursement arrangement recordkeeping, administration, communication, investment management and trustee services for certain staff benefit programs provided by the Systems. | Responses should be sent by email to the contact listed below, and contain the firm’s name, its intent to respond, the name of a contact person and the contact person’s telephone number and email.
