Member Education Supervisor

Amanda loves the moments when her team is all together, laughing and chatting. She’s known for her optimism and her ability to stay calm under pressure. Amanda loves to read and turn pages in real, physical books – no e-books or audiobooks for her. She enjoys watching movies with her family at home and in the theater, and she has a lifelong love for music. She wakes up every day with a different song lyric in her head. She’s inspired by her family and is grateful every day to be a mother. She’s also a big fan of people from small towns.

Kelly Wieberg
Member Education Specialist

Kelly looks forward to fun moments with her PSRS/PEERS team. She values the gratitude of members and has seen that even small interactions can make a big difference in how members approach retirement. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, crafting, and baking. Kelly is inspired by her family, who push each other to do their best.

Member Education Counselor

With a background in teaching, Susan deeply understands the lives of the members she serves. She provides empathetic and customer-oriented service. Susan enjoys staying active through strength training, walking, and cycling, and values family time. She draws inspiration from her mom's resilience, her husband's kindness, her daughters' courage, and her friends' unique characters, all of which motivate her to be her true self.

Melissa finds fulfillment in helping members understand retirement. Her patience, willingness to help, and genuine care for each member are her greatest strengths.

Tom Schultz
Member Services Educator

Tom's best moments at work are when he can help members feel more relaxed and confident about retirement. His extensive experience in customer service allows him to make members comfortable. Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf with his daughters, and watching birds while enjoying a cup of coffee. He is inspired by his grandmother, who lived selflessly and loved her family deeply.

Jennifer Rissmiller
Member Services Educator

Jennifer’s best moments at work are when she helps members feel confident throughout their retirement process. Her experience working in a school district and her family’s background in education allow her to relate to members and become their biggest cheerleader. Jennifer loves traveling with her family and friends, especially to the beach. She is inspired by her daughters and her late mother, who was her biggest fan and the epitome of unconditional love.

Member Services Educator

Cami finds great satisfaction in assisting members as they transition into retirement. Her extensive training as a Member Services Educator enables her to provide accurate information and support. Cami enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping with her daughter, traveling, and attending country music concerts. She is inspired by her daughter, who motivates her to live as an example and achieve anything she sets her mind to.

As a new team member, Kate enjoys learning from her colleagues and traveling to different schools. She loves helping members understand their retirement and giving them confidence for the future. Kate’s hobbies include reading, cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors with her two-year-old. She is inspired by her mom’s patience and kindness.
