PSRS Earns National Recognition for Financial Reporting Excellence

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems of Missouri for its fiscal year 2024 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
This is the 31st consecutive year that PSRS/PEERS has received the program’s highest honor in governmental accounting and financial reporting.
An independent panel reviewed PSRS/PEERS’ Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and found it met the program’s high standards, which include demonstrating a “spirit of full disclosure” to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and groups to read the report.
"Our annual report is the result of dedicated work from staff across the organization," said PSRS/PEERS Executive Director Dearld Snider. "For three decades and counting, our team has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to clear, thorough financial reporting. This award shows our ongoing dedication to serving our stakeholders with integrity and transparency."
