Skip the Paper Process. Apply for Retirement Online!

Your Web Member Services portal makes applying for retirement easy.
Here’s how to retire online:
- Before you start, gather your beneficiaries’ dates of birth, addresses and Social Security numbers, as well as your bank information.
- Log in or register for Web Member Services using the Member Log In link located in the top menu of www.psrs-peers.org.
- Under the Membership tab, select File for Service Retirement.
- You will receive step-by-step instructions to complete the application and will be able to save your progress, in case you need to stop and come back later.
- Upload your necessary proof documents, if you have them available. You can always come back and upload these later, if needed.
- Review and confirm the information you entered.
- Be sure to hit Submit.
After you have submitted your application, we will email confirmation of receipt, and after we process the application, we will mail an acknowledgment letter. If you do not receive this mailed letter within two weeks or before your retirement date, give us a call at (800) 392-6848 or email us at [email protected].
Use Benefit Estimator to Compare Options
Before filing for retirement, see how different selections will affect your benefits using our online Benefit Estimator tool. This tool, located on Web Member Services under Benefit Estimates, enables you to see how different plan selections and retirement dates affect your estimated monthly benefit. Use this information to make the best selections for your retirement goals.
