Easy Updates Using Web Member Services
You can update your address, phone or email address online by logging in to Web Member Services – Just use the Member Log In link at the top right corner of our home page. All active and many retired members can update beneficiary designations online, as well.
While using Web Member Services is a quick and convenient way to keep your information current, you can also update your name, address or beneficiary designation by submitting the appropriate form, which can be found on this website.
Remember, we send out important information about your membership and benefits by email, making it very important that have a valid email address on record for you. We recommend using a personal email, rather than a work email, so in the event you change employers or retire, we can keep you informed without interruption.
Another important tip for our working members: If your name or address changes while working in covered employment, please also notify your employer so your employer’s records, and ours, agree.
