The following amounts are based on annual salary and the retirement membership you have entered.
New employees accrue 5 hours of sick leave and 5 hours of annual leave per pay period. Annual leave accruals increase with length of employment. These and 12 paid holidays are provided with base salary. Calculations below represent the monetary value of paid leave; additional employer-paid, employee-only benefit contributions; and the compensation package total.
