Keeping Our Promise to Serve You Well

Every year, PSRS/PEERS takes part in an independent study to make sure we are serving you as well as — or even better than — other public retirement systems are serving their members. The CEM Benchmarking study looks at things like how easy it is to reach us, how helpful our staff are, and how well we support members through key moments in their careers. It also compares how much it costs to run our systems.

The latest results show that PSRS/PEERS provides excellent service at a lower cost than most similar systems.

Strong Service

PSRS/PEERS earned a service score of 90, well above the median score of 80 for similar retirement systems.

Low Cost

The cost to administer PSRS/PEERS was less than the average cost per member for similar systems.
