PSRS/PEERS Earns National Recognition for Financial Reporting Excellence

GFOA award for PSRS/PEERS's 2025 Fiscal Year report

The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems of Missouri (PSRS/PEERS) for its fiscal year 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.

This is the 32nd consecutive year that PSRS/PEERS has received the program’s highest honor in governmental accounting and financial reporting.

An impartial panel reviewed PSRS/PEERS’ Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and found it met the program’s high standards, which include demonstrating a “spirit of full disclosure” to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and groups to read the report.

“Receiving this honor for 32 consecutive years reflects the unwavering dedication of our staff and our commitment to transparent, high-quality financial reporting,” said PSRS/PEERS Executive Director Dearld Snider. “Each year, we work to provide clear, meaningful information that supports our members and strengthens trust in the systems we serve.”
