PSRS/PEERS Portfolio Manager Connor Quinn Earns National Recognition
The Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems of Missouri (PSRS/PEERS) is proud to announce that Portfolio Manager Connor Quinn has been named a NextGen allocator by Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
This prestigious honor celebrates “rising star” allocators who are “already leaders in their organizations [and who] stand to become chief investment officers themselves,” according to the CIO website.
PSRS/PEERS Chief Investment Officer Craig Husting described Connor as a “thoughtful and disciplined investor.”
“His deep credit experience, paired with his rigorous approach to due diligence, has enabled the systems to build a high-quality direct private credit portfolio that has delivered strong returns for Missouri educators,” Husting said. “In addition, Connor has strengthened our organization by leading the development of our internal direct credit infrastructure.”
Quinn joined PSRS/PEERS in 2023. He is the senior staff member in the PSRS/PEERS St. Louis investment office. He primarily works in private credit and is directly responsible for leading investment teams to make direct private credit investments. He previously worked at NISA Investment Advisors in St. Louis.
