PROPOSED RESCISSION

16 CSR 10-5.050 Additional Benefits for Retirees, Beneficiaries and Members on Disability.  This rule provides for increased payments to teachers who retired before September 1, 1972, and eligible beneficiaries as set forth in subdivision 169.070.11, RSMo.

Purpose: This rule is being rescinded as it is obsolete as it applies to members who retired before September 1, 1972.

PUBLIC COST: This proposed rescission will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.

PRIVATE COST: This proposed rescission will not cost private entities more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
