PROPOSED RESCISSION

16 CSR 10-6.050 Prior Service Credit. This rule sets forth procedures for claiming and verifying credit for services rendered prior to the establishment of the retirement system on October 13, 1965.

Purpose: This rule is being rescinded as it is obsolete as it applies to service credit before October 13, 1965.

PUBLIC COST: This proposed rescission will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.

PRIVATE COST: This proposed rescission will not cost private entities more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
