PROPOSED RESCISSION

16 CSR 10-5.060 Benefits to Advisors. This rule sets forth the procedure for payment as an adviser for a retired member who had services in another state teacher retirement system as provided in section 169.585, RSMo.

PURPOSE: This rule is being rescinded as it is obsolete as it applies to members who retired between June 30, 1957 and January 1, 1971.

PUBLIC COST: This proposed rescission will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.

PRIVATE COST: This proposed rescission will not cost private entities more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
