PSRS/PEERS Portfolio Manager Brenna Noble Earns National Recognition

PSRS/PEERS is proud to announce that Portfolio Manager Brenna Noble has been recognized by Institutional Investor as one of its 2025 Allocator Rising Stars — a prestigious honor that celebrates up-and-coming leaders in asset management. The Institutional Investor editorial team chooses winners based on nominations and independent research.
"Brenna brings skill, discipline, and a deep commitment to building the next generation of investment professionals," said PSRS/PEERS Chief Investment Officer Craig Husting. "We’re proud to have her on our team and excited to see her recognized nationally for her leadership."
Noble joined PSRS/PEERS in 2020, after seven years at Goldman Sachs in New York and three years at Atlanta Consulting Group. She moved from Atlanta to Missouri to take on the role and now manages two large composites for PSRS/PEERS. Her work on portfolio design and manager selection has helped generate returns that outperform third-party composite indexes. She has also taken a leading role in recruiting and mentoring, both inside the organization and at the University of Missouri.
Noble will be recognized alongside other 2025 Allocator Rising Stars during the awards ceremony this fall. She is the seventh investment staff member from PSRS/PEERS to receive a Rising Star or Next Generation in Investment Leadership award in the last 20 years.
