Michelle Varcho joined PSRS/PEERS as the Director of Human Resources in June 2024. She is responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring that PSRS/PEERS remains an employer of choice. Before joining PSRS/PEERS, Ms. Varcho served as the Senior Vice President and HR Director at Central Bank. She has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources.

Ms. Varcho holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia College and a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
