Charles “Chuck” Bryant, of Creve Coeur, Missouri was reappointed to the Board on December 22, 2023, by Governor Mike Parson. He previously served on the Board from 2017-2019.

Mr. Bryant has over 25 years of institutional investment experience and currently serves as the director of consultant relations and institutional sales for Kennedy Capital Management (KCM) in St. Louis, Missouri. Before joining KCM, Chuck worked as an equity analyst at Burns, Pauli, Mahoney Company and Fidelity National Financial.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Stetson University in Deland, Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, Bryant served with honors in the U.S. Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the 3rd Ranger Battalion/75th Ranger Regiment from 1987 to 1991.
