Charles "Chuck" Bryant, Trustee

Chuck Bryant of Creve Coeur, Missouri, was appointed to the PSRS/PEERS Board of Trustees by Governor Eric Greitens on March 17, 2017.

Bryant has more than 20 years of investment experience, including extensive experience working with institutional clients, including corporate and public Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans, endowments, foundations and multi-employer public funds.

Bryant has worked at Kennedy Capital Management in St. Louis, Missouri since 1998, and currently serves as Director of Sales. Prior to serving in this role, he was an equity analyst for both Kennedy Capital Management and Fidelity National Financial in Santa Barbara, California; and a junior equity analyst for Burns, Pauli, Mahoney in St. Louis.

He received a Bachelor of Finance degree from Stetson University in Deland, Florida (1995) and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri (2001).

In addition, Mr. Bryant served in the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1991, as an Airborne Ranger. During his service, he was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and Combat Jump Star for his participation in Operation Just Cause as a member of the 3rD Ranger Battalion. He also successfully completed Airborne School, US Army Ranger School, US Army Jumpmaster School and the US Army Sniper School, where he was awarded “Top Gun” honors.
