Bill Betts joined PSRS/PEERS as Chief Technology Officer on December 1, 2015. He is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of PSRS/PEERS' electronic systems, including the content management system, pension system, internal and external websites, and all desktop systems such as word processing and email utilities. His department is also responsible for the evaluation, acquisition, implementation, and daily operations of all desktop PCs, laptops, and networking equipment, as well as data and network security.

Bill is a graduate from Lincoln University, Jefferson City, MO with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining the PSRS/PEERS team Bill worked for the City of Jefferson for 10 years and served as the Director of Information Technology and Finance.
