Kim Harris joined PSRS/PEERS in January 2014. As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Harris leads PSRS/PEERS’ human resources team, supporting the organization by attracting, retaining and rewarding individuals who can help PSRS/PEERS effectively achieve its overall goals.

Before joining PSRS/PEERS, she served as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations for the Missouri Veterans Commission from 2002 to 2014.

Ms. Harris has a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a senior professional in human resources, and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies, Business, Math and Computer Science degree from Lincoln University.
