In the past, you may have seen references to the TttF (Ticket to the Future) project. While PSRS/PEERS still views the replacement of our legacy system as our “Ticket to the Future”, we have renamed the project, and its resulting system, OASIS (Online Automated System Integration Solution). The name fully represents our mission to combine the replacement of the current legacy system, including EMERS, with a single browser based system that streamlines and automates user processes through the integration of workflow and imaging.

The name fully represents our mission to combine the replacement of the current legacy system, including EMERS, with a single browser based system that streamlines and automates user processes through the integration of workflow and imaging. PSRS/PEERS and Sagitec Solutions Will Work Together to Bring the OASIS to Employer Reporting In March, PSRS/PEERS officially contracted with Sagitec Solutions to assist with our OASIS implementation. Sagitec will be installing and configuring their Neospin™ framework. As a framework, Neospin™ is designed to support a combination of configuration and custom extensions that will allow PSRS/PEERS to satisfy our specific requirements. So what does this mean for you? Here are just a few examples: Browser Based Application: No more software installed locally on your computer. When updates are required, they will be released without the headache of an installation. Electronic Payments: You will have the option to send your contribution payments electronically. Goodbye paper checks! Employer Portal: You will be provided with access to your very own Employer Portal. Log-in, submit payroll batches, correct reporting errors, make payments, read messages, etc. Automated Member Enrollment: Enrollment of new members will be automated in conjunction with payroll reporting. No more paper member records. Our project is still in the initial planning phase. Please check back for more information.
